摘要
目的研究福林-酚法测定心肌肽的含量。方法用空白、加样回收等方法考察甘露醇对测定结果的影响。结果加入甘露醇后,心肌肽的回收率为115.0%,RSD小于2%。结论福林-酚法可用于测定心肌肽含量。
Purpose To study on determining method of cardiomypeptide content by Folin-phend method. Methods Studying the effect of mannitol on determining cardiomypeptide content by blank test and recovery test.Results Recovery of determining cardiomypeptide content is 115.0%, with RSD less 2.0% in manitol. Conclusion It is practicable method to determine the content of cardiomypeptide by Folin-phenol method.
