摘要
高校培养和分配毕业生与企业生产和销售产品之间具有十分相似的特征。引入和借鉴产品附加值理论,对高校毕业生就业工作进行全面系统地研究和分析,从产品战略和市场战略入手,提出了提高毕业生附加值的途径和方法,以期对高校毕业生的就业工作提供指导。
It is well known that the college graduate employment and the sale of enterprise products have a very similar characteristic. With the theory of product additional value, this article analyses the current work of college graduate employment in China, and meanwhile proposes some solutions to increasing additional value on college graduates from the idea of the product strategy and the market strategy and offers some suggestions on the college graduate employment.
