摘要
地方院校科研与地方社会经济是共生发展的关系,两者共生发展的基础在于谋求共同的利益。服务地方社会经济是地方院校科研发展的立足点,也是其科学研究的基本职能和根本任务。区域经济社会发展是地方院校科研的源动力,不断地对地方院校科研提出新的需求,拉动地方院校科研的发展。同时,地方社会经济的发展也为地方院校科研提供了资源支持。为此,地方院校科研应融入地方社会经济的发展,实现二者的双赢。
Local colleges＇ scientific research and local social economy belong to intergrowth development, its foundation lies in seeking common interests. It is the foothold of local colleges＇ scientific research development to serve local social economic development; it is basic function of its scientific research and basic task too. Regional socio - economic development is the source motive force of local colleges＇ scientific research development, regional economic development puts forward the new demand for local colleges＇ scientific research, will spur the development of local colleges＇ scientific research, meanwhile, the development of local social economy offers resource support for local colleges＇ scientific research too. For this reason, local colleges＇ scientific research should incorporate the development of local social economy, realize win - win with the development of local social economy.
