摘要
随着经济和社会的发展,组织面临着不断变化的内部和外部环境以及复杂的内外公众,危机事件的发生是不可避免的。正确运用危机公关预防危机、解决危机、转变危机,就显得很重要。本文借助经济学模型,对模型进行分析,基于经济学视角探讨危机公关。
With economic and social development, the organization faces changes from the internal and the external environment and the complication of internal and external public. The occurrences of crisis are inevitable. It appears very important right away that rightly applying crisis public relation to take precautions against crisis , resolve crisis,change the crisis. This paper analyses the economics model by drawing support from economic modeling. It discusses public relation crisis from economics visual angle.
