摘要
对我国汽车制造企业的现有物流模式——自营物流与外包物流的运作模式进行利弊的比较分析,研究企业选择物流经营模式的考虑因素,可为企业物流模式的选择提供决策依据。
The comparison analysis between self logistics and outsourcing logistics, which are the present logistics models in China was carried on. And some influencing factors of enterprise choosing logistics model were studied, which can give some information references for enterprise.
