摘要 汽车车轮定位快速检测设备能够检测车轮前束角、车轮外倾角、主销内倾角、主销后倾角,填补了车轮定位快速检测的空白。该设备可以将一次检测的时间由原来的30min~50min缩短到5min~10min,为汽车综合性能检测提供了一种准确、方便、快速的检测设备。汽车车轮定位快速检测台,解决了“大中型汽车在汽车检测线不能够快速检测车轮定位参数”的难题,并突破了传统汽车车轮定位仪不能进行通过式测量汽车车轮定位参数的关键技术,推动了汽车检测技术的进步。 The testing equipment for orientating vehicle wheel can test front wheel obliquity, kingpin caster angle, kingpin inclination angle and so on, which fills the blank of wheel orientation testing. This equipment can shorten the testing time from 30min-50min to 5min-10min, which is an actual, convenient and quick testing equipment for testing vehicle's comprehensive performance. The testing platform of it resolves the problem of the wheel orientation parameter not being tested in testing line for most vehicles and breakout the key technique of the wheel orientation parameter not being tested by traditional testing equipment, so, it advances vehicle testing technique further developing.
