摘要
建设资金的筹措,是确保公路建设的基本条件,而目前我国建设资金的不足制约了公路的快速发展,针对这一问题,分析我国公路建设传统的融资方式及国际上先进的新型融资方式,提出适合于高速公路不同类型的融资方式,具有重要的意义。
The construction capital is the basic condition of ensuring highway construction, however,lacking of construction capital restrict China expressway developing. So putting forward suitable financing manner has important meaning for resolving the above problem based on analysis the difference between China traditional financing manner and the international new and advanced financing manner.
