在山区修建高速公路,编制水土保持方案,是一项十分重要的工作。目前部分项目水保方案编制虽然很规范齐全,但在施工中不能全部落实到位,这需要当地水利主管部门加强监管,真正将水保措施融入到工程建设中去,以保证项目的顺利进行,促进项目区域社会、经济和环境协调统一发展。

It is important to make natural environment protection planning for building expressway in mountain areas. Though the recent planning of natural environment protection are criterion and full, it can not fully play its role in expressway construction. Solving this problem needs local water control department reinforce supervision and mix natural environment protection measures into expressway construction to guarantee construction successfully and to promote local society, economics and environment in a harmony and consolidate development.
