摘要
目前,我国现有的经济结构等还不能适应经济增长的要求,因此必须抓住经济结构和消费结构剧烈变革的发展机遇期,及时调整贸易发展战略,充分发挥外贸的导向和激励功能,立足于我国人力资源的比较优势,调整贸易结构,引导和促进经济增长方式转变,推动我国贸易竞争优势的转型和升级。
At present, to change the economical growth method, we must hold tight the development opportunity of the violent change of economic and consume structures, to adjust timely the trade development strategy and to exertive fully the direction and encourage of the international trade, according to our human resource of comparison advantage, we adjust the trade structure to guide and promote the change of economic growth method, and keep on our country economy and international trade of sustained development.
