关于新一轮矿产资源规划修编若干问题的思考

Study on Issues of Newly Revision of Mineral Resources Planning

本文首先回顾了第一轮矿产资源总体规划的编制过程和实施情况,大致介绍了矿产资源规划的发展历程。然后,以规划文本内容为基础,从规划背景、矿产资源调查评价与勘查和矿产资源开发利用与保护三个方面,提出新一轮矿产资源规划修编中需要重点解决的若干问题。

This paper first reviewed the establishment and implementation of the first round general mineral resources planning, and outlines the development course of mineral resources planning. Then, according to the main content of the planning text, from three aspects of the planning background, the investigation, assessment and exploration of mineral resources, and the exploiter, utilization and protection of mineral resources, put up some issues which need to be resolved in newly revision of mineral resources planning.
