论我国农业可持续发展的制约因素与发展对策

On the Restricted Factors and the Countermeasures of the Sustainable Development of Agriculture in Our Country

农业是我国可持续发展的一个核心问题。本文通过对我国农业现状和农业发展制约因素的分析,提出必须进行制度创新,提高人力资本,培育和发展农业合作经济组织,加大对农业的投入和加强生态农业建设等相应对策,才能实现我国农业的可持续发展。

Agriculture is a key problem in sustainable development in our country. Through analyzing the current situation of agriculture in our country and some main factors which restrict its sustainable development, I attempt to put forward some measures to promote the sustainable development of agriculture in our country in this article, such as carrying on system innovation, improving human capital, fostering and developing economic cooperation organizations in agriculture, increasing input in agriculture and strengthening ecological agriculture building.
