分析了改革前后经济波动呈现出的特征变化,结果表明,中国经济高速增长具有膨胀型波动的特征。消费在经济持续增长中的贡献远大于投资,而投资的波动是造成我国经济波动的主要原因。为减轻经济波动对我国经济的影响,在让市场机制对资源配置发挥主导作用的同时,政府应通过多种手段的综合使用,对投资膨胀进行适当抑制。

It is revealed by the analysis of characteristic changes arising in the economical fluctuation around the reform that high - speed growth of Chinese economy has the characteristics of inflated fluctuation. Specifically, consumption made greater achievement to the economy constant growth than investment, but the investment fluctuation is the main reason of our economy rise - and - fall.
