Vigorous growth of institutions in present China means the unlimited propaganda creation. In order to achieve excellent propaganda effect, eight instructions should be emphasized, which include doing deep research, stressing characteristics, grasping key points, concerning with the hotspots, working in detail, acting quickly, having better effect and studying diligently. Only by theses methods can propaganda task in institutions be continuously innovated, thus improving the institution development in different aspects.
