摘要
为避免和减少建筑工程项目冲突事件的发生,提出对建筑工程项目进行预警管理的思想。首先明确了预警管理的内涵,对预警管理所需的指标进行了选取和确定,然后结合工程实际,对预警管理相关指标进行系统分析。在此基础上,以计算机仿真技术为工具,建立建筑工程项目冲突事件预警管理系统,简述该系统所包含的项目运行状况偏差分析、项目趋势预测和控制建议,提出与预警管理系统相配套的冲突事件处理程序。
In order to avoid and reduce conflict events in construction engineering project, a new idea of forewarning management to construction project is presented. Firstly, it defines the concept of forewarning management, and selects the indexes required for the forewarning management. Then, the relevant indexes are analyzed with project cases. Based on this, a forewarning management system of conflict events is set up by means of computer emulating. Meanwhile, the analysis of project running variance, trend forecast and controlling advice are also briefly introduced. At last, a program matching with the system to deal with conflict events has been put forward.
