摘要
对JA剂作保鲜剂对鲜刺梨果涂膜处理后在室温条件下贮藏情况进行了研究,分别对刺梨进行了失重、感官和Vc含量的检测。结果表明,采用0.3%JA剂涂膜液对刺梨有较好的保鲜效果,其效果优于用海藻酸钠和蔗糖脂肪酸组成的保鲜剂。
JA agent was used as antistaling agent for Rosafoxburghii tratt by forming the coating on the surface of the fruit. Then the weight loss, sense and the content of Vc of Rosafoxburghii tratt were measured during stroage at room temperature. The results suggested that the use of 0.3 % JA for coating could achieve satisfactory antistaling effects, which were better than the antistaling agents consisting of sodium alginate and sucrose fatty acid ester.
