摘要
讨论SKALAR化学自动分析技术及其在啤酒分析中的应用。利用此分析技术可以对发酵液、啤酒成品的双乙酰、苦味质、α-氨基氮、β-葡聚糖进行检测。结果表明,与手工法相比,具有分析速度快、准确度高、重现性好、操作简单、消耗低等特点,更适合于大型啤酒厂的大批量样品的分析检测。
The application of SKALAR chemical automatic analyzer in beer analysis was discussed in this paper. The fermenting liquid, and diacetyl ,bitterness, α- nitrogen, β- Glucan in product beer could be meausred by the use of such technique. Compared with GB methods, such techniques has the advantages including rapid analysis, high accuracy, good reproductivity, simple operation, and low consumption etc., which is more suitable for the analysis of large amount of beer samples in large-scale breweries.
