摘要
自魏晋到民国,屠苏酒一直是中国人民元旦共饮的一种时令酒。屠苏酒在我国民间流传了1000多年,其配制一般是将防风、山椒、大黄、桔梗、白术、桂心、菝葜、乌头8味药材切细,装入绢袋,于年三十沉于井底,元旦早晨取出,用酒提取其有效成分,制成屠苏酒。屠苏酒具有一定的医学保健功能,也是中国古代酒文化的遗产,对屠苏酒的起源、配制、饮用、药效等进行探索研究是对中国酒文化和酿酒技术发展的继承和丰富。(孙悟)
Tusu Liquor, a famous seasonal liquor usually drunk on New Year's Day among Chinese, has a history of more than 1,000 years from Jin Dynasty. It is produced as follows: 8 kinds of medicinal materials including ledebouriella root, japanese pepper, rhubarb,balloonflower root,atractflodes ovata, longan, smilax china root and aconite chopped up and then filled in silk bag and then the bag sunk at the bottom hole on the last day of a year, then the silk bag was got out in the morning on New Year's Day, after the extraction of efficient constituents by liquor, Tusu Liquor was made. Tusu Liquor has healthcare functions. As the heritage of Chinese ancient wine culture, the research on the origin of Tusu Liquor, its preparation, its drinking and its medicinal effects could better inherit and enrich Chinese wine culture.
