妇炎康软胶囊对大鼠慢性盆腔炎的作用

Effect of fuyankang soft capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats

目的探讨妇炎康软胶囊对大鼠慢性盆腔炎的作用。方法采用大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型、二甲苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀模型、松节油诱导大鼠气囊肉芽增生模型,观察妇炎康软胶囊的抗炎作用。采用小鼠热板反应和冰醋酸引起的扭体反应,以观察妇炎康软胶囊的镇痛作用。结果妇炎康软胶囊(3.92、7.84 g.kg-1)对大鼠慢性盆腔炎有明显的抑制作用,妇炎康软胶囊(2.94、5.88、11.76 g.kg-1)可显著抑制二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀,妇炎康软胶囊(1.96、3.92、7.84 g.kg-1)可抑制松节油诱导的大鼠肉芽肿;妇炎康软胶囊(5.88、11.76 g.kg-1)可延长小鼠热板舔足反应潜伏期,抑制冰醋酸引起的扭体次数。结论妇炎康软胶囊对大鼠慢性盆腔炎具有保护作用。

Aim To observe the effect of fuyankang soft capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats. Methods The models of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats, dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling in mice, turpentine-induced granuloma pouch in rats were used to study anti-inflammatory effects ; hot-plate test and acetate acid in mice were used to study analgesic effects. Results Fuyankang soft capsule could inhibit the swelling degree of ear of mice and the granuloma pouch in rats. Furthermore, it could reduce the pain reaction induced by hot-plate and the number of wresting body. Conclusion Fuyankang soft capsule has preventive effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in rats.
