203例糖尿病住院患者死亡原因分析

Analysis of the causes of hospital death in 203 diabetic cases

目的探讨糖尿病住院患者的死亡原因和防治对策。方法对1992年1月-2005年12月在本院住院并死亡的糖尿病患者203例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果前5位的死亡原因依次是心血管疾病(24.1%)、脑血管疾病(22.2%)、肺部感染(17.7%)、肾功能衰竭(6.9%)、糖尿病急性并发症(5.9%)。60岁以下组首要死因是糖尿病急性并发症,60-69岁组和70-79岁组首要死因是脑血管疾病,80岁以上组的首要死因是心血管疾病。结论心脑血管疾病、肺部感染是糖尿病的主要死亡原因,预防或延缓糖尿病并发症的的发生是降低病死率的关键。

Aim To investigate the main death causes in the diabetic inpatients and the countermeasure of prevention and cure. Methods The clinical record of 203 diabetic patients, who were hospitalized and died between January, 1992 and December, 2005 in our hospital,were reviewed. Results The main death causes were cardiovascular diseases （CVD ,24. 1% ）, cerebral vascular diseases （22. 2% ） ,pulmonary infections （ 17.7% ） , renal dysfunction （6.9%） , and acute complications （5.9%）. Primary death causes of patients under 60 years old ,60 to 79 years old and above 80 years old were acute complications, cerebral vascular diseases and cardiovascu- lar diseases, respectively. Conclusions Cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases and pulmonary infections are the main causes of death of inpatients. Prevention of chronic complications were key means to reduce the mortality rate of diabetics.
