摘要
针对不同类型盾构的结构特点,进行了可行性分析和论证;通过对盾构类型与地层渗透性的关系、与黏土含量的关系、与颗粒级配的关系的分析,从开挖面稳定机理、地表沉降、装机功率、刀具磨损、施工成本、施工进度等方面对盾构选型进行了详细阐述和方案比较,并对盾构施工的关键技术进行了探讨。
In the paper, feasibility analysis and expatiations are made on basis of the structural features of different types of shield machines. On basis of analysis on the relations between the shield machine types and the ground permeability coefficient, clay content and grain size grading , detailed expatiations and comparisons are made on the type selection of shield machines in respect of working face stability mechanisms, ground settlement, installation power, cutter wearing, construction cost and construction progress. Furthermore, discussions are made on the key construction technologies of shield machines.
