摘要
文职人员是新形势下我军体制编制调整改革和军队干部人事制度改革的产物,是我军武装力量的一类新的人才群体和重要组成部分,建立科学、合理、高效的绩效考评体系,对贯彻和推进文职人员制度具有重要作用和意义。本文对军医大学建立文职人员绩效考评体系提出了初步的思考和看法。
With the adjustment of new military system and reformation of military personnel system, civilian employees have come out, who are a new talents group and an important part of armed forces. A scientific, rational and high-efficiency performance evaluation system is of great significance for carrying out and promoting the civilian employee system. This article puts forward some ideas concerning constructing a civilian employees' performance evaluation system at military medical universities.
