摘要
学生评教可以客观、稳定的反映高校教师在教学中客观存在的差异,传统的学生评教方法具有评价主体参与不全面、评价项目较单一、评价信息反馈周期过长、评价工作量大、评价功能不健全等弊端。本文就高校学生网上评教的必要性和可行性、特点和功能、效果评价等进行了探讨,以期客观评价教师的教学水平,从而促进教师改进教学方法、提高教学质量。
Students' evaluation of teaching can reflect the diversity of teaching among college teachers objectively and steadily. However, the traditional teaching evaluation by students has some drawbacks such as incomplete participation of evaluating subjects, single evaluation items, long cycle of feedback of evaluation information, heavy workload of evaluation, and the unwholesome evaluation function. The paper discusses the necessity, feasibility, features and functions of students' network-based evaluation of teaching, as well as its results evaluation. It is hoped to objectively evaluate teachers' teaching level so as to urge teachers to improve their teaching methods and teaching quality.
