介绍了任务式教学理论，任务教学法的本质，任务设计的原则，教学步骤；并介绍笔者听力教学中的任务设计；分析如何设计“任务”，激发学生“听”的兴趣，减少听力障碍，通过一系列听前，听中和听后“任务”，培养学生听的能力和语言应用能力。

This paper presents what task-based teaching approach really is： its nature, task-designing principles and teaching procedures. By introducing task design before-listening, while-listening and after-listening, the paper also analyzes how to inspire and assist students and cultivate their listening comprehension ability and language production.
