摘要
采用实验法和问卷调查法,测量了自编操对提高女大学生创造力水平的影响。实验结果表明通过自编操的学习,女大学生的创造能力有了显著性的提高,说明该教学组织形式对培养女大学生的创造能力是实用、有效的。
Adopt the experimental and questionnaire method, measuring the effect of self-composing calisthenics on the development of girl-students' creativity. Result is that through studying self-composing calisthenics, girl-students' creativity has a signif- icant development, which explains that this teaching organized form for developing students' creative consciousness and creativity is valid.
