浅析男护生临床带教中存在的问题及对策

Problems Brought by Male Nurses in Clinical Teaching and Countermeasures

通过对我国目前男护士职业现状以及影响男护生临床实习的各种因素及存在问题进行分析，总结出对男护生应从加强思想教育，树立正确的人生观、价值观；转变传统带教模式；适时鼓励，增强自信；营造宽松的实习环境等方面加强临床带教，从而有效适应护理模式的发展，满足病人的各种需求。

By analyzing the present situation of male nurses in our country as well as the existing problems and their rdated factors during clinical practice, we conclude that clinical teaching for male nurse students should be strengthened as follows： enforcing moral and ideological education, transforming the traditional teaching style, properly giving encouragement and enhancing confidence, and creating a good environment for practice. In this way, they can effectively adjust themselves to the development of nursing model and meet patients＇ needs.
