摘要
为了研究低能量输入焊接法参数匹配对能量输入的影响规律,通过对比传统短路过渡与推拉丝短路过渡的特点,分析了推拉丝短路过渡可以降低能量输入的原因.根据波形控制方案,采用自行研制的低能量输入焊接系统,通过试验找出了短路后期电流和燃弧脉冲峰值电流的匹配关系.试验结果表明,适当提高短路后期电流,降低燃弧脉冲峰值电流可以得到同样的焊接效果,能进一步降低焊接过程的能量输入.
The authors analyzed some reasons of reducing energy input in welding process by adopting lowenergy-input (LEI) welding, through comparing traditional short-circuit transfer to push-pull short-circuit transfer. By using the self-designed LEI arc welding system and the current wave-form control solution, the authors stated the relation between the short-circuit evening current (Ih) and arc pulse peak-value current (Iap), and analysed the energy input influenced by energy distributing during short-circuit period and arc period. The paper suggested the method of reducing energy input farther by increasing Ih and decreasing Iap.
