介绍了超大尺寸干气密封在冶金行业原料气压缩机上的应用,包括密封与控制系统设计方案以及现场安装调试情况。提出了超大尺寸干气密封设计、制造、检验和试验,以及现场安装、拆卸的技术难点,并指出了使用中应注意的问题。
The application of super-size dry gas seal in stuff gas centrifugal compressor of metallurgy industry is introduced, including gas seal body, its supporting system and the installation and commission as well. Further more, the technical difficulties in design, manufacturing, check and test, and installation and commission as well are presented. And the aspects needed to be paid attention to are put forward.
