摘要
根据变压吸附空气分离的基本理论,通过对研制的小型PSA分离空气制氧装置进行吸附过程中吸附质传质速率的计算,分析了空气流速、空隙率以及分子筛的吸附容量等参数对空气流经多孔介质时吸附质传质速率的影响,得到的结果对变压吸附系统的理论分析及设计和改进具有一定的指导意义。
According to the basic theory for separating air by using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method, The mass-transfer velocity in adsorption process of a small-scale PSA oxygen device was calculated, which was constructed by our laboratory. The effect on mass-transfer velocity of the flow rate of the air, closeness, adsorption capability were analyzed after calculation, the result is helpful for the theoretical analysis and design, promotion of a PSA device.
