阿托伐他汀早期干预对不稳定型心绞痛患者C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原水平的影响

Effects of early intervention with atorvastatin on C - reactive protein and fibrinogen levels in patients with unstable angina

目的观察阿托伐他汀早期干预对不稳定型心绞痛（UA）患者血浆C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原水平的影响。方法选择UA患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组（n=40）给予阿托伐他汀和常规治疗,对照组（n=40）仅给予常规治疗,分别测定两组患者治疗前后的血浆C-反应蛋白（CRP）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平。结果①治疗4周后,治疗组血浆CRP水平、FIB水平均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）;②治疗组血浆CRP水平、FIB水平的降低与胆固醇（TC）水平的降低不相关。结论阿托伐他汀快速降低血浆CRP及FIB水平,在UA的早期治疗中具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the effects of early intervention with atorvastatin on the plasma levels of C -reactive protein（CRP） and fibrinogen（FIB） in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP） and its clinical significance in the early management of UAP. Methods Eighty UAP patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 40） and control group （n = 40）. The treatment group was given atorvastatin and routine therapy , while the control group was given routine therapy alone. The plasma CRP and FIB levels were measured before and after the early intervention with atorvastatin. Results ①After intervention for 4 weeks, the plasma CRP and FIB levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. ②There were no correlation between the decreased levels of CRP and total cholesterol （TC）, FIB and TC. Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment rapidly decreases CRP and FIB in patients with UA. The effect of atovastatin may play an important role in the management with UA.
