不同年龄大鼠脑中磷脂薄层扫描测定

摘要 目的分析不同年龄大鼠脑中磷脂成分的变化。方法用改进的薄层层析法分离磷脂,薄层扫描法定量测定。结果改进后的层析法分离效果好,随着大鼠年龄的增长总磷脂与几种主要磷脂的量逐渐增多,占脑干重的百分比发生有规律的变化,PS/PE值逐渐减小。结论用此方法测定不同年龄大鼠脑中的磷脂成分的变化简便、准确。 Objective To analysis the change of phospholipids in the rat brains of different ages. Methods The phospholipids were separated by improved TLC and determined by TLCS. Results TLC method improved the separation efficiency. Along with the increase of age, the gross and several major compositions of the phospholip- ids increased gradually, the percentage in total dry weight of brain varied regularly, and the ratio of PS and PE decreased. Conclusion TLCS method is simple, accurate and convenient for the determination of phospholipids from the rat brains of different ages.
