链齿式农田土壤捡石机栅条齿动力学分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对我国山区农田土壤中含有大量砾石的现状,研制了一种专门用于山区农田捡石任务的链齿式土壤捡石机。该机采用栅条式分石器,链式输送装置,可以在捡拾砾石的同时,将农田土壤分离并及时还田。为此,利用动力学方法,对链齿式土壤捡石机作业时栅条齿与土壤之间的相互作用进行了分析,建立了栅条齿切土时阻力的数学模型,根据该模型做出了其水平方向的牵引力学方程;并对砾石沿栅条齿运动时的受力状况进行了研究,建立了砾石产生滑动和滚动的极限条件,为下一步土壤捡石机的设计和改进提供了参考依据。 In view of the status of mountain farmland containing large amounts of gravel, rock picker which devoted to the task of picking stone in mountain farmland was studied. The rock picker contains separate gravel bar tooth and roller conveyor device which could pick up gravel and ensure the soil conditions of mountain farmland. In this paper, the interaction between the bar tooth and soil by method of kinetics as the rock picker operations were analyzed, mathematical model of resistance as cutting soil was created, and a horizontal traction equation based on the model was established. And the force of stone movement along grid tooth was studied and limits condition of slide and roll was established. The study results provided a reference for the design and improvement of rock picker.
