摘要
由于液压系统的故障具有隐蔽性、难于判断和可变性,对寻找故障的部位、特别是查找故障率产生的原因是比较困难的。为此,主要从液压油的污染度、温度、系统的压力、液压泵的转速、元件的装配和磨合与调试几个主要方面分析引起故障率升高的因素,并提出了控制液压系统故障率升高的方法。
The fault ratio is concealment and hard estimation and alterability in it. It made difficult in multiplicity and the part and the cause of the fault ratio of hydraulic pressure system.The article instructs the several mostly factor of hydraulic pressure system in pollution and temperature and system of press, giving the approach and method in controlling the fault ratio.
