摘要
长期以来,我国农业机械化低层次发展,延续着一种粗放的资源消耗型发展模式,导致了资源耕地紧缺、能源消耗大及作业成本高等严重问题。因此,发展节约型农业机械化已势在必行。为此,从实际出发,阐述了我国发展节约型农业机械化的必要性和制约其发展的因素;根据发展节约型农业机械化的战略目标,从6个方面分析研究了构建节约型农业机械化的体系;最后,明确提出促进节约型农业机械化快速发展的措施。
For a long period, the development of agro-mechanization in our country has been in a low level, and in the extensive and wasting resource development model. This has led to some very serious problems, such as plantation resource absence, consuming more energy and a high cost of produce. So it is necessary and important to develop saving resource agro-mechanization. The requirements and limit factors are illuminated in the article. According to the tactic target, the construction system of saving resource agro-mechanization is analyzed and researched in six aspects. In the end, three measures to improve the development of saving resource agro-mechanization are put forward clearly.
