摘要
结合甘蔗收获机械研发现状及其设计特点,按照小型甘蔗收获机集蔗机构的功能和要求,利用三维设计软件Pro/E设计了适合于丘陵地区和小田块、坡度≤25°、转弯半径<2m的甘蔗收获机集蔗机构,分别为三角形集蔗机构、矩形集蔗机构和梯形集蔗机构;并利用仿真分析软件ADAMS对梯形集蔗装置进行了动力学和运动学分析。
Union sugarcane harvesting machinery research and development present situation and its design characteristic, according to installment function and request of collection sugarcane organization of small-scale sugarcane harvester, using three dimensional design software Pro/E to design three of sugarcanes harvesters which has suited to the hilly area, the small cropland that slope 〈= 25°, radius of turn 〈 2 meters. The three sugarcane collection organization is triangular sugarcane collection organization, rectangular sugarcane collection organization and trapezoidal sugarcane collection organization. Using ADAMS which is a simulation analyze software has carried on dynamics and the kinematics analysis to the trapezoidal collection sugarcane organization.
