降低柴油机排放的方案

摘要 柴油机的排放物主要是NO和PM。根据NO和PM的生成机理恰当地设计柴油机的燃烧过程,将有效地减少其排放。在讨论高压缩比与高压喷射等因素对柴油机燃烧过程积极影响的基础上,提出了使用高压缩比与利用高压共轨喷射系统实现“靴型”喷油率和高压喷射,以及使用其他措施改善柴油机燃烧过程的方案,来实现降低柴油机排放的目标。 Diesel engine exhaust emission is mainly NO and PM. According to the formation theories of NO and PM, fittingly designing diesel engine combustion process can reduces its exhaust emission availably. On the basis of discussing the positive effect of high compress ratio, high pressure injection, and other factors on diesel engine combustion process, the article puts foreword that utilizing high compress ratio and making use of high pressure common rail injection system to realize high pressure injection and boot-type injection rate, as well as the other measures improve the combustion process of diesel engine and attain the target of lowering diesel engine emission.
