摘要
综述了植物游离氨基酸的提取、纯化以及氨基酸的常用分析方法,包括从植物的烘干样品和鲜样品中提取、纯化游离氨基酸的方法;氨基酸的分析方法包括平面色谱法、氨基酸自动分析仪法、气相色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法、高效阴离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法,分析了各种氨基酸分析方法的优缺点。
On the basis of a great deal of data,this paper discusses extraction,sublimation and analysis on free amino acids in plants,and includes the methods of extracting and sublimating free amino acids from dried and fresh sample.The analysis methods of amino acids include plate chromatography,amino acid automatic analyzer,gas chromatography,reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,HPAEC-IPAD.With these methods,the advantage and disadvantage of these analysis methods are analyzed.
