摘要
纠纷的“民间”调解作为我国一种重要的历史、社会和制度资源,在维系社会秩序和社会稳定方面发挥着重要作用。文章尝试对具有鲜明“中国特色”的人民调解制度的特征、实际运行方式以及支持该制度运行的背后的权力网络进行分析和解读,以期达到对中国社会运行逻辑更深入的理解。
As an important historical, social and system resource, nongovernmental intermediation to dispute plays a significant role in maintaining social order and stability. The paper tries to analyze the characters of nongovernmental intermediation, the operation rules of it, and the power system that supports the institution, in order to attain a deep understanding of the Chinese society.
