现阶段中国社会新中间阶层构成特征研究

Characteristics Study on the Composition of the New-middle-stratum in Contemporary China

在现阶段中国社会结构转型中,出现的类似于一般工业化社会中的“新中间阶层”尚处于发育期．其构成特征表现为:一定的异质性;2种不同性质的利益指向;“官本位”的价值评价及权力排斥．从其社会流动特征看,内部的中、下层有可能与下层结盟;而三大主干群体——经理、专业技术人员及私营企业主阶层,则有可能会与上层缔结友好关系．

A new-middle-stratum which just exists in industrialized societies turns up along with the development of China＇s social transformation. The natures of it are： heterogeneity to some degree; two different orientations of interests; evaluation of official rank standard consciousness and. power-exclusion. From the perspective of social mobility, middle-stratum and lower-stratum within new-diddle-stratum tend to enter into an alliance with the lower-stratum of the society while the body of this stratum-managers, technicians, and private entrepreneurs-will possible establish friendly ties with the upper-stratum of the society.
