摘要
介绍采用磷酸、硫酸混合分解磷矿粉制高浓度富过磷酸钙[W(P2O5)-34%]的实验过程,研究磷酸替代率、混酸浓度、混酸温度、混酸用量等工艺条件对磷矿分解率的影响。通过实验,得到制备富过磷酸钙的较优工艺条件:磷酸替代率55%-58%,混酸浓度(H3PO4+H2SO4)64%-69%,混酸温度90℃-95℃,混酸用量为理论酸用量的93%-98%。
The experiment is introduced for high analysis enriched superphosphate (available W(P2O5 )- 34% )by phosphoric and sulfuric acid mixture decomposing ground phosphate rock. The influences of alternated phosphoric acid amount, mixed acid concentration, temperature and con - sumption on acidulated rate of phosphate rock are discussed. The optimum technological parameters are also determined by experiments for mixed acid (H3PO4 + H2SO4) 64 % - 69 %, temperature 90℃- 95℃, alternated rate of phosphoric acid 55 % - 58 %, mixed acid consumption 93%-98% theoretical acid consumption.
