从GSM增值业务的现状着手,分析3G增值业务和增值业务系统的特点,给出移动运营商GSM增值业务系统向3G演进的建设建议。
Starting with the status of GSM value-added service, it analyzes 3G value-added service and the characteristics of value-added service system, gives suggestions on the evolution of carrier＇s GSM value-added service system to 3G.
