摘要
以国际上四个跨文化胜任力指标体系(BASIC,ISS,ICQ,SPSI-R:S)作为理论基础,采用德尔菲研究方法,通过两轮问卷调查并结合深度访谈,构建了中国外派人员跨文化胜任力指标体系。研究结果表明,该体系由三个跨文化胜任力组成:跨文化心理管理能力、跨文化认知能力与跨文化人际交往能力。
The paper establishes the first cross-cultural competence index system of Chinese expatriates based on the four widely-accepted scales, namely, BASIC, ISS, ICQ, SPSI-R:S. Delphi and in-depth interview methods were taken in the research. The research argues that cross-cultural cross-cultural perception and cross-cultural interpersonal for selecting and training Chinese expatriates. competence system consists of cross-cultural self-management, competencies. The outcome of the research will be guidelines for selecting and training Chinese expatriates.
