不同品系小型猪胫骨缺损模型及修复的麻醉观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过建立不同品系猪胫骨缺损模型及修复手术中的麻醉观察,探讨不同品系小型猪适宜的麻醉方法。方法贵州香猪和广西巴马猪各10只,分为A、B两组给予麻醉用药:A组:速眠新Ⅱ联合氯胺酮肌注;B组:3%戊巴比妥钠,静脉注射,术中酌情给予氯胺酮肌注。观察麻醉持续时间,镇痛效果,术后苏醒时间并监测麻醉过程中呼吸、心率以及血氧和二氧化碳的变化。结果猪胫骨缺损模型建立及缺损修复手术时间平均(64±11)min。贵州香猪A组用药量小,术中麻醉效果好,术后苏醒时间短;B组麻醉效果相对较差。广西巴马猪用药量较贵州香猪明显增多(P<0.05),B组较A组麻醉效果好。两种猪麻醉用药对呼吸,血氧和二氧化碳分压的影响B组更明显(P<0.05)。结论贵州香猪联用氯胺酮和速眠新Ⅱ可获较好麻醉效果,广西巴马猪使用戊巴比妥钠辅以氯胺酮效果佳。 Objective Through setting up and repairing the tibia defect, to observe the anesthesia way and effect of two different strain minipig. Methods The population of Guizhou minipig and Bama minipig respectively were ten which divided into A and B group. A group were anesthetized with ketamine and SUMIAN 11 by i. m. , B group anesthetized preoperative with pentobarbital sodium by i. v. and assisted with ketamine by i. m. in operation. Then to observe the duration, analgesia effect,and postoperative analepsia time. While monitoring the breath, heart rate, blood POz and blood PCOz. Results The average time were (64±11)min in setting up and repairing minipig tibia defect. Guizhou minipig A group had good anesthesia effect with a little drug consumption and the time of postoperation analepsia was transient, B group had no good effect; the drug consumption of Bama minipig were more larger than that of Guizhou minipig(P〈0. 05), Bama B had good paralyse. The respiration and the pressure of blood Oz and CO2 of B group were obviously affected than A group. Conclusion Guizhou minipig has good anesthesia effect with ketamine and SUMI- AN Ⅱ. There has fine result using pentobarbital sodium assisted with ketamine.
