PTTG和bFGF在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达和意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测PTTG和bFGF在61例非小细胞肺癌组织和20例正常肺组织中的表达。结果61例非小细胞肺癌组织中PTTG和bFGF的阳性表达率分别为68.85%(42/61)和73.77%(45/61),显著高于正常肺组织中的表达(分别为10%和15%,P〈0.05),PTTG和bFGF的表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度和有无淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关,与患者年龄、性别和肿瘤组织类型无相关性;PTTG和bFGF的表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌存在PTTG和bFGF蛋白高表达,提示PTTG可能通过激活bFGF表达促进微血管的形成,在肺癌发生发展中起重要作用.PTTG基因有望成为肺癌新的肿瘤分子标记和基因治疗的靶点. Objective To study the relationship between the expression of PTTG and bFGF in non - small cell lung cancer and clinic pathological features. Methods The expressions of PTTG and bFGF were detected in 61 cases of non - small cell lung cancer and 20 cases of normal lung tissues by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of PTTG and bFGF were 68.85% (42/61)and 73.77% (45/61)respectively, expressions of PTTG protein were detected in a significantly greater proportion in NSCLC than that in normal lung tissues( P 〈0.05). The positive rates of PTTG and bFGF were correlated with histological grades, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. There was no relationship between the expression of PTTG and bFGF and age, sex and histological subtype , respectively. The positive rates between PTTG and bFGF wers associated ( P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion Over - expressions of PTTG and bFGF may be related to human NSCLC, increased PTTG may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development in NSCLC by promoting the expression of bFGF protein and angiogenesis, PTTG may be identifed as new therapeutic targets.
