急性肾损伤诊治进展 被引量:3

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是一组临床常见的原发或继发性肾功能受损,是对急性肾功能不全(acute renal insufficiency,ARI或acute kidney dysfunction,AKD)或急性肾功能衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)的替代和扩展。2003年6月RIFLE标准被作为工作组文件在ADQI(Acute Dialysis Quality Initiative,急性透析质量倡仪)网站公布;2004年5月正式在线公布,2004年8月被出版。该诊断标准根据肾小球滤过率(GFR)和尿量将急性肾损伤按轻重不同分为五级:肾功能不全的危险(Risk of renal dysfunction)、肾损伤(Injury to the kidney)、肾功能衰竭(Failure of kidney function)、肾功能丧失(Loss of kidney functin)、终末期肾病(End-stage kidney disease)。
