摘要 目的:寻找一种兔颌面部感染伤口模型建立的规范方法及细菌用量。方法:40只成年健康大白兔,每只兔两侧颌面部各做1个伤口,每个伤口接种金黄色葡萄球菌。分为实验侧和对照侧,实验侧为滴入加涂擦法,对照侧为滴入加注射法接种细菌。观察伤口感染情况。结果:3×108cfu/mL以上:实验侧2例伤口感染,8例轻微感染;对照侧1例伤口感染,9例轻微感染。9×108cfu/mL以上:实验侧11例伤口感染,1例轻微感染;对照侧5例伤口感染,7例轻微感染。结论:接种细菌量少于3亿,难以建立明显感染伤口;9亿以上注入法成功率低,而涂擦法能行之有效地建立伤口感染模型。 Objective: To investigate a suitable technique on modeling rabbit's maxillofacial infected wound and provide standard method and bacterium quantity. Methods: 40 adult healthy rabbits were selected for this study . The both wounds were cut in bilaterally maxillofacial areas which were experimental side and control side respectively. Then Staphylococcus aureus were inoculated on both sides with dropping and spreading on experimental side and with dropping and injecting on control side respectively. Infected wounds were observed. Results: The experimental sides showed 2 cases of infection and 8 cases of low-grade infection;while control sides 1 case of infection and 9 cases of low-grade infection in excess of 3×10^8 cfu/mL. But in excess of 9×10^8 cfu/mL, the experimental sides showed 11 cases of infection and 9 cases of low-grade infection while control sides 5 case of infection and 9 cases of low-grade infection respectively. Conclusion. The model of infected wound is difficult to establish within 3 hundred million bacteria. The spreading method of bacteria in excess of 9 hundred million is much effectively to establish an infected model of animal wound.
