病毒唑雾化吸入辅助治疗儿童急性呼吸道感染疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of atomizing Inhalation of virazole in the adjunctive treatment of children with acute respiratory Infection

目的:观察病毒唑雾化吸入治疗儿童急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:随机对106例受试者(试验组56例,对照组50例)采用病毒唑雾化吸入与不吸入的治疗方法进行临床评价。结果:试验组有效率为94.64%,对照组为72.00%,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);且症状、体征消失时间比较,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:病毒唑雾化吸入治疗儿童急性呼吸道感染疗效显著。

Objective： To Observe the effect of therapy of acute respiratory infection by atomizing inhalation of Virazole in children. Methods： 106 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group had 56 cases and control group had 50 cases. Treatment groups was given atomizing inhalation of Virazole, control group was not. Results： The total effective ratio was 94. 64% in the treatment group,and 72.00% in the control group . The effect in the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It was effective that the therapy of acute respiratory infection by atomizing inhalation of Virazole in children.
