摘要
在低温等离子作用下,利用壳聚糖对棉纤维进行改性处理,以改善棉纤维的抗菌性能和吸湿性能.通过正交试验设计,分析壳聚糖浓度以及等离子处理各因素对棉纤维改性效果的影响,从而确定影响棉纤维改性的主要因素.并且在该因素下,分析壳聚糖以及等离子处理对棉纤维单纤维强力,吸湿性能以及抗菌性能的影响.试验结果表明:处理后的纤维有了一定的抗菌性能,吸湿性能有所增加.但单纤维强力有一定程度的下降.
By means of the treatment of low-temperature plasma, the cotton fiber is modified by chitosan to improve the moisture absorpation and micro-organism resistance. And the most important fuctor is ascertained by analysing the different consistence of chitosan solution and the various influential factors of the treatment of low-temperature plasma,in which the effect of the treatment of chitosan and low-temperature on cotton fiber's strength, moisture absorption and micro-organism resistence is discussed. The result shows that the treated cotton fiber gets some miro-organism resistence and moisture absorption while the strength of single fiber descends to some degree.
