提出了一种层次分析法和同行评议法相结合的方法综合的评估高校教师科研能力,即在评估中要同时考察教师的论文、著作、立项3方面情况,并分别对其进行量化分层,再通过建立的数学模型求得一名教师的最后科研指标,其中的量化值可通过一种专家评议模式建立.最后,介绍了此方法具体实现的计算机平台.

This text puts forward a method combining layer analysis method with company valuation method to evaluate the high school teacher＇s science ability. Evaluate the teacher＇s papers, books and projects at the same time, turn them into layers, then build up mathematics model to make a teacher＇s science index. At last introduce the platform of its computer＇s application.
