葱蒜类蔬菜多残留测定高背景干扰问题的研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过对葱蒜类蔬菜进行每100.0 g样品加入85%磷酸6 mL和微波(500 W)处理1.5min的特殊预处理,配合固相萃取的前处理方法,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定76种农药500×10-9水平上的添加回收率.结果表明上述2种预处理能够去除高背景干扰,得到良好的回收率.2者比较,加磷酸的效果略好. Cooperated with SPE, two special pretreatments were applied on alliaceous vegetable. One was adding 6 mL phosphoric acid (85%) in 100.0 g sample, the other was treated under 500 W microwave for 1.5 rain. Recovery of 76 pesticides on 500 ppb level were detected by using GC/MS. Adding phosphoric acid was better, although both of these two treatments could eliminate the interference of high level background and obtain good recovery.
