By the extension of case study, when researchers analyzed the clients, they are not only communicate with the clients, but also acquired correlated data form their social support network. By this method, researcher can acquired information which is more real and valuable. From the view of methodology, social network analysis which is a new research methods in china is the best way of measuring social support newtork of the clients. This article will discuss the effect of social network analysis in case study from this view.
